HIGHLIGHTS OF HOMECOMI G 1977 The theme for homecoming 1977 was the comic strip Peanuts. Many activities were held throughout the week. The battle of the classes was held Monday night, with the seniors and the sophomores tying for first. Other events held during the week were a box social, sock hop, and the burning of the I-I. The student body chose Kim Lowery and Dale Fodness to reign as homecoming royalty. A parade of homeroom floats was presented during the Friday afternoon pep assembly. Frank Schumacher and Barb Shanks were emcees at the assembly. Homecoming week concluded with the homecoming game and dance on Friday night.
