Truly this has been a mem- orable experience for all because the new facility is a landmark for the entire commu7 nity and surely is indicative of public con- cern for educational progress We also embarked on a new school scheduling program, This, too. has been somewhat of a traumatic experience for many. Students were given additional privi- leges, much additional freedomiand a cor- responding amount of added responsibility. Citizenship, privileges, rules and regula- tions. responsibilitiesithese are all items which must go handAin-hand.
