If nothing else, I must first express my gratttude to Some One for a whole Itte-time of wondertul adventure spent in the climate of youW Here you come, there you go! But in the meantime within the school, also,1eachers and students are Caught up together in the whole gamut of human experiences of work and play, hope and discouragement, laughter and tears, censure and forgiveness, failure and success-and at the end of three years, for want of a better term, we weakly call it a high school education! What an amazing thing is the direction and the thrust of tifel Onward, always onward; always up; stream and against the current; and, as I believe, eventually always toward the Light! lnevitably, we, your teachers, become not only wltnesses to, but atso participants in, your life dramas, which, by the way, tack neither color nor variety, Sometimes enervating, always vibrant and exctttng, but never a dull moment,- and we find it good! How weH I know that these memories, this panorama of persons and events, will become my Treasury, my Castle in Spain, my Ship Come Home Again! And white from among the faculty I can speak as but one, yet, to our entire school family, do 1 say humbty and with a futl heart- What a iolly, iolly good time! and What a goodly heritage is mine!
