Worth The Wait In the hallway before the big event, the seniors are mingling with each other for what might be the last time. The air is electric; a combination of anticipation and sadness. As the band starts to play, the class marches into the gym with the eyes of their proud par- ents upon them. The seniors hardly hear the numerous speeches as they sit in their places of honor upon the stage. Suddenly their name is called, a diploma is handed to them, and they leave the gym as graduates. As they stood in the receiving line, the senior class decided graduation was definitely Worth The Wait ! «Smiles abound as this happy group of seniors congratulate themselves on a job well done. The Class of 1988 looks both pleased and a little frightened as they stand with diplo- mas in hand FRONT ROW: Sheila Woodward. Jody Kaarup. Wendy Andersen.
