Cannaday: It is with pleasure that I commend you, the faculty, the students and the Board members of the Huntsville State Vocational School for the fine performance and the fine record you haue made in the school this year. I am especially pleased to note that students from your school haue taken honors in competition with students of other schools in widely varied fields throughout the State. I mention especially the outstanding record of your students participating in the Future Farmers of America and the Future Homemakers of America training and competition. Une of the greatest pleasures in being Governor is the fact that I have been and can be of some assistance to a fine institution like the State Vocational School, which is doing such an outstanding job in training the boys and girls of a rural section.
