Distaff Keeps Office on Steady Keel Two ladies have the responsibility of keeping official routine in order. Mrs. Emma Etheridge serves as advisor and guidance counselor for students. Through her office pass schedule changes, transcripts, standardized tests, and similar work. ln addition to her official jobs, she assists on Spring Festivals, parties, and assembly programs. Mrs. Freda Spencer, secretary to Mr. Westmoreland, does not only commercial school work but mimeographing, test typing, and individual typing for the teachers. She keeps daily attendance and takes care of the voluminous office mail. Mrs. Emma Etheridge Mrs. Freda Spencer Mrs. Emma Etheridge goes over with Mrs. Freda Spencer one of the countless forms connected with running a school.
