T, H. S. We climbed into our own special built Rolls Royce and were off. As we passed through Huntington we cou1dn't help noticing Brown's Picture Studio and so we stopped to ask about Alan, but to our surprise we found that Alan was running the studio. It seems his dad had retired and left him run the business. Alan said another member of the class had a business next door and so we went next door to see who it was. To our surprise we found Ioan Gordon running an escort service for men only. Jo said that was the only way she could get a man to take her out. She said that Jane Wilson was head nurse at the Huntington County Hospital. We asked her about Rosie Oden. She said that Rosie was married to a farmer and that they had a nice little family often. We told her thanks and said that we would have to be on our way again. As we were driving along we saw a radio station and so we stopped. As we opened the front door who did we see but Walter Holley. We stopped him and asked him what he was doing here. He said that he had a jobg it seemed that the announcer says, Smoke Rag Weed cigarettes and you won't cough like Walt does. Walter said that another member of the class worked here. We asked him who and he said to follow him and he would take us to her. We came to a studio which said fon the airj, and whom did we see inside but Sue Clark. Walter said she is known as Gossip Gal. We stayed to talk to her and she said that she was married to Dick Fullhart. We asked how Dick was and she said that he was home taking care of the children and that he would probably be all in when she got home. We bade them goodbye and we were on our way, but by this time we were all hungry and so we stopped at a roadside diner. As we walked in who did we see but Dick Adams and Bob Sailors. Dick said that he owned the diner and that Bob was just delivering bread for the bakery where he is employed. While we were eating who should enter but Don Kline. We asked him what he was doing now and he said that he was running a Hot Rod Shop. We were just ready to leave when in walked Don Crumpacker. We asked him what he was doing and he said that he was still working on the Hugh Kariger estate. We asked what he was doing this far from home and he said that Hugh had given him a day off, because he hadn't missed a day of work for eight years, this included Sunday. As we went on our way we saw two familiar looking people in front of a greenhouse and so we stopped to investigate. lt was the former Sue Crago and Lynn Jones. Lynn said he got tired of work- ing for some one else so he started his own greenhouse. We said we had better leave and so we were on our way again. As we were coming into another town we saw a bowling alley and stopped for a little relaxation. To our surprise we found that it was owned jointly by Larry Moser, Max Funderburg, and Bob Bruss. We interviewed the boys and found that Bob had married Helen Tucker and was raising a happy family of six. We bade the boys goodbye and were on our way again. lt was getting near supper time and you know how we love to eat so we stopped to eat. Upon entering the restaurant we spied Gene Smith, who told us he was married and was head salesman for Ford Tractor Sales. We finished supper and were walking down the street when we came to a basketball arena, since we had no- thing else to do we decided to take in a game. After we had found our seats in the arena we were amazed to see three former l-l,T,H.S. boys on the floor. lim Alford, Eldon Meitzler, and Gene Callahan. Don't get us wrong though, only one of the boys is a player, that being Gene Callahan, the other two were just managers. Too bad Jim and Eldon couldn't make the team. We decided to leave before the game was over to avoid the crowd. As you know it was again time to eat since we were hungry. We picked a nice little place to eat. As we were eating in came Arlene Pressler and Carolyn Wechsler. lt seems Arlene is waiting for her husband to get out of the service. Carolyn said that she is a career girl now and doesn't even talk to men. As we finished eating we decided to go on our way again and so we were off. We decided to stop again on the way home to get some gas. To our surprise the filling station attendantwas Bob Rudy who said that he had become an old man waiting for his girl to gradu- ate from high school. Bob told us that Jack Smith was a foreman at Schacts. And that Max Solloway and Fred Cozad were now coaching church teams, still trying to beat one another. We told Bob goodbye and headed for home when all at once we saw a red light coming in back of us. We pulled over and to our surprise so did the cop, We were astonished to find that the cop was Jim Edgington. He told us they got tired of chasing him so they made him a c0lJ. Jim told us Walter Call is head of the concessions at Caswell Runyan. Jim told us he would let us off this time and so we decided to head for home, but as we entered Huntington we noticed a large builcntg all lit up and stopped to investigate. We found inside those two head bosses Paul Kramer and Roy Frantz. The boys told us that they had bought out Baldy and now owned the place so after talking for a while we decided to head for home. After visiting all the members of the class of 1952 we de- cided that we should consult a psychiatrist to try to help us get back to normal.
