NAYNE EIID5 seemed rather anxio f.', s for an interview--Here's why. He is now playing Center on the Anderson Packers bench--Oops! That was a mistake --we mean he plays center for the Anderson Packers when he isn't sitting on the bench. He find NORNA LAURIE as the us that she has had a very lean We found another member who tells us head coach of a fat girl's team. She tells year with only one win and ninteen lossesll had :ot strayed from Huntington, JOAN DAVIS she is Lead fo her own Reducing salon on Jefferson Street. We were very blessed when MARGARET YRIEGBAUX told us she is working her way uf from the bottom--she is a flag pole sitter. KThat certainly iis Working up from the bottom.J BARRY 5111? has been a great dise'pointment. He heeded for Hollywood and Paramount, where he was sure to land a job in the movies. He landed a job alright--stage urop for Paramount. My, some of the members of this class sure have changed, JO ANN KIINE even admits she is chief-tester for C.V. When we heard JIM TOBIH talking about digging we thought possibly he meant Qx6x5. Although we can'tsaf RICHARD BIEGHIER has a promising job, he certain- ly has one well suited for him. For ten years he has been mopping all the gym floors in the county. Are we slipping? Or did JACK JCHNSON really say he is head gutter cleaner at Majenica. Nearing the end of the class interviews we were not surprised when CONNIE GARRISCN tells us she is entering a beauty contest in a Rwrdays afkn a complete over-all job at the South Side Body Works, Last but not least, and mind you, sneaking into the place is DEAN NELSON, He tells us he cannot stay long, as he is being hunted by Forest Rangers--Seems he's a fire bug. He says he must get back to his hiding place in the sycamore tree. With one last good-bye we leave the class to finish their reunion as we think over our interviews with the class of'5O from Huntington Town ship High School. PROPHECY We the class of 1951, do submit, in this year of our Lord,l96O, the following report on the members of the class of 1950. It is the year l96O, ten years have passed since this class has graduated from H.T.H.S. It was during their Senior Year in '50 thlt they decided to hold a class reunion ten years later. Jhen yours truly CReporters from the Class of '5lJ heard about this, we immediately decided to interview each one and find out what they had accomplished in ten years. Due to a previous engagement the reunion could not be held in the gym of H.T.H.S.,so it vas decided it would be held at 'Vic'su, the former nDoc'sq. Ne decided to arrive early and interview each member as they arrived. We arrived and as we ru hed through t e door, much to our surprise we found the profrietor and owner of 'Vic's', EUGENE VICKERY behind the counter awaiting his classmates. Upon questioning him we find he has bought 'Doc's' and is doing very well. Outside we hear a rattle and a bang as a blue Chevrolet pulls up which looks very familiar. It is none other than ROBE T BOQEBDFKE. We'que5Lomm Bob and found he han ily-well-married and has six little boneheeds-excuse us we mean Bonebrakes. He also says his black Chevy looked old so he nainted it blue again. While interviewing Bob, SHIRLEY LEE arrives looking very pleased with herself--we soin found out why-she is now a lifeguard at a men's bathing beach. Bythis timethey began arriving too fast to be interviewed as they arrived, so we just started interviewing. Our interview with KEYNETH LAH is rather shocking. He find he has been tracking rabbits in Alaska. Moving around the room we came uion CHARLES HAR!-Oh! what a shock. He has been raising rabbits-You know little Heres fInciaently Who Do you think turned those rabbits loose in Alaska? What's this talk about radios? Why it's none other than DONALD WINKLER, who has his own roaming hot-dog stand and radio repair truck. A good business if you can do it. With no reflection on Donald's truck, we hear someone tahdng aboutwrecks lt's none other than RICHARD HUSTON. He just couldn't keep a car, so he has started a wrecking yard. What's this little group? It looks like a circus. How right we are. Upon starting the interviews of this group we first talk to PAT CAILAHAN who tells us she is the Bearded lady of the Circus. DONALD NESS tells us he is head-manager of the grass-skirt department. And what's this? RUTH REED tells us she is the Hula-Dancer of this little group. JERRY NORWOOD says he is the 'Wild Man From Borneon, but to keep it quiet because they only let him out of his cage for the reunion. Right here in our own city of Huntington, HELEN JANE WINE tells us that she is working in at Young's--sacking up the rest of the nuts. DR. RICHARD GROVES tells us business has practically flown to him--He's a bird Vet. 16
