lm nu nu 11+ +I: nl ull nu nn un Senior Class Will We, the members of the Class of 1935, being physically and mentally fit, realizing our importance, and wishing to leave to our followers a limited number of our most selected and varied talents, do hereby draw up this, our last will and testament: Section I To the faculty we bequeath the singular task of turning out another class as individu- alistic, clever, worthy, and accomplished as ours. To the Sophomores and Freshmen jointly we bequeath our superior intelligence, quiet dignity, and winning ways. Section II I, Jay Andrews, bequeath my place on the debate team to Opal Dolby and my ability to argue to John Barton. I, Kenneth Baker, bequeath my secret of strength to Gerald Stetzel. I, Ruby Anders, bequeath my deep affection for Civics to Herb Derr. I, Nelson Smith, bequeath my secret of growing tall to Bernard Spike Shively. I, Eldon Dolby, bequeath my curls to Helen Riggars. I, Harry Biddle, bequeath my modest grin to Bertha Eckert. I, Charles Bir, bequeath my skill in adjourning class meetings to Marjorie Reckard and my ability to read to Alberta Reust. I, Floyd DeWitt, bequeath my scholastic talents to Robert Shultz. I, Eileen Hauenstein, bequeath my ability to remain unheard, unseen, and unspoken to Paul Musser. I, Helen Stouder, bequeath to Maxine Sunderman my way of remaining loyal to the boy friend although he isn't under my thumb. I, James Barton, bequeath all my basketball ability to Helen Crago and to LuEtta Whitesell my secret passion for sitting on thumb-tacks. I, Dan Shutt, bequeath to Helen Eckert my two-step dancing talent. I, Margaret Ness, bequeath my ability to drive a car to Betty Stahl, just in case-. I, Henry Hofmann, bequeath my good health and attendance records to Mary Beaver and Earl Krieger. I, Mary VanDine, bequeath my interest in a certain basketball team to Dortha Lan- drum. I, Garl Herndon, bequeath my Chinese brogue to Marguerite West. I, Mildred Berry, bequeath Roger Oswald and Richard Shutt my ability to ask un- fathomnable questions in class. I, Dale Fleming, bequeath my typing skill to Gladys Oden, and my ability to sleep in English without snoring to Orval Householder and Lillian Anson. I, Vera Byrd, bequeath my knowledge of mechanics to William Berry who, I am sure. will receive it graciously. I, Evelyn Hasty, bequeath my roller skates and pearly teeth to Jack Walker. I, Lois Dillon, bequeath my skill in tossing and catching oranges in the assembly at lunch time to Jeannette Scheiber. I, Ruth Clark, bequeath my Physics grade to Rachel Burchett. I, Lucille Eckert, bequeath my meek voice to Alice Braden and my Hold your man methods to Letty Day. I, Severin Hoffman, bequeath to Glenn Paul my ability to skid a car around a corner on two wheels without running down the battery. I, Mary Jane Ward, bequeath my ability to make fondant in Adv. Foods class to Ruby Swain. I, Marjorie Karst, bequeath somewhat reluctantly my personal copy of Macbeth to Harold Emley. Do not mistreat it, Harold. I, Esther Fleming, bequeath my crooning voice to Carl Shutt and my reserved man- ner to John Carroll. I. Marion Bowers. bequeath my girlish giggle to Anna Mae Finley and my love of skipping assembly to Herman Karst.
