Heritage of Our Fathers, was the theme for the commencement program, which saw 110 re- ceive sheepskins from Mr. Everett Chaffee, principal at Sparta. Leading the class in its final semester were Frank Conte, president, and Diack Preston, vice-president, Both were honored by being chosen as the only Ephebians of their class. Other oflicers were Bill McCauley, treasurer, Mary Langdon, secretary, and Dave Gammie, sergeant-at-arms. Honored as the outstanding boy and girl of the class were Dick Preston and Betty Lou Johnson.
