Q 1 ' f qg,ff3 I E 4 s THE COMING OF ARTHUR To build a school better in every way, a pertect king- dom, is the goal ot many individuals working in di- verse ways, in various groups, by devious methods to achieve the ultimate-a pertect Camelot. We have all read and known ot King Arthur and his valiant knights since childhood. An artist painted these two lovely pictures ot the Coming of Arthur and the Pass- ing of Arthur at the request ot former senior classes, who in turn presented them to us as a perpetual in- spiration tor all on coming groups. ln its truest sense l-d-y-l-l-s have to do with traditions, the pleasing or picturesque in one's background. Certainly Huntington High has these. But we cannot help cogitating on the l-d-o-lrs ot our school, both those ot yesterday and today, who have been instru- mental in its building. Finally we must contess that in our court exists some ldles-or ldlers, who. it they seem to construct nothing tangible, at least lend color to the whole picture. Won't you turn the pages and observe what the group ot '52 and '53 has added to the dear old structure! THE 1953 HUNT
