Sl Whitney, Norma Wigal, Mariorie Williams, Clarence Joseph illiams, Lois Jean I? Williams, Mary Elizabeth Winters, La Donna Lurlene Woods, Donald Ray Wooten, Shirley Ann Wright, James B. York, James Arthur York, Phillip Paul Zickan, Jane SENIOR RECOLLECTIONS The last three years have gone quickly: in fact, perhaps too quickly for us. We are the graduating class of l95O, and as we stand here looking back, many memories crowd our thoughts. We remember the big things such as school elections . . . Glee Club con- certs . . . HHS and East football games . . . Footlight Follies . . . band festivals . . . PROM . . . basketball tournaments . . . PTA Varieties . . . Senior Plays lespecially Our Townul . . . Victory Ball . . . track and baseball . . . and now finally Commencement! But there are also other things that creep into our minds, and often crowd out the seemingly more important events. They are the little everyday things we took for granted . . . cakes at Brown's . . . Coach Seibert's class . . pep assemblies . . . gay chatter between classes . . . crew cuts . . . the new look . . . spring . . . endless sixth periods . . . booth at Humphreys . . . 208 . . . gossiping at the locker. . . holidays . . . infra-muralsports . . .April Pool Tatlers . .. . . . seventh period . . . clubs . . . neck scarfs . . . cuffed blue jeans . . . two bells . . . Junior League lndian plays . . . term papers . . . front steps at noon on pretty days . . . Drivers Education . . . senior week . . . speech class . . . career day . . . and so it goes. These things mean high school to us. Will they be the happiest days of our lives? We can't say yet, but we can and will say thanks to the many wonderful memories, land perhaps a few not so wonderfull, the friends we'll never forget, and a heap of learnin' which is likely to come in mighty handy some day. But our time is up, and we must pass on. So, proudly, but with regret, we say farewell to Huntington High and thanks for everything.
