Aspects Cf Spirit Spirit!! Spirit!! Spirit!! The 1987-88 year was filled with Raider spirit. Who helped pro- mote that spirit? Cheerleaders, the First Mates, the Silver Trea- sures, the H.H.S. Band, the Ma- jorettes, and Seniors! Because we had so many stu- dents, the pep rallies had to be split, that is half of the students went one week and the other half went the next week. But that was no problem for the mighty Raiders, who survived with even more spirit. There were many ways that the Raiders showed their spirit. One way common to most Raiders was by wearing our new Raider Rock t-shirts. The juniors had skull and cross- bone signs, the seniors had eye patches and everybody wore their spirit ribbons. The compe- tition was tough between classes to try and win the spirit stick during pep rallies. This also helped to promote school spirit. But the most important aspect was attendance at games. Our 5 team lead us to a victorious year . with the help of that Raider spir- it!! ! ! Aspects Of Spirit Student Life I ..
