Message to the Class of ,44 Very few members of the class of 1944 will be left the right to decide what they will do in the years immediately ahead. If the decision is yours, it must be something that will contribute to the immediate need of your country in this critical period of its history. You may go merrily and seliishly on your way pursuing your plans as if no war existed. Should you do so, the coming years may hold some troublesome and embarrassing moments when you may be asked what part you played in winning the war. You need to search your souls deeply for the answer. You can't go wrong in your allegiances if you will place them in this order: lirst, your Godg second, your countryg next, your familyg and lastly, yourself. May your choice never lead to regret.
