Claaa will We, the honorable, dignified, and mighty Senior Class, being of sound mind and able body do hereby declare, execute, and publish this to be our last will and testament, this twenty-second day of May, the year one thousand nine hundred and fifty-seven. ARTICLE I To our faculty we leave our sincere wish that they might endure me trials and problems of classes to come in the same understanding way that they have been able to do with us. ARTICLE II To the Freshmen we leave the long flight of stairs to climb before becoming a dignified senior and hope that you will take advantage of each day's opportunities and make them spell success for you. ARTICLE III To the Sophomores we bequeath the joys and sorrows of the coming two years and know that they will be rewarded. ARTICLE IV To the Juniors we leave the highest honor in Huntingburg High School, the title of Dignified Seniors and hope that they will assume and realize its importance. To the Juniors we also leave the following items. We hope that they will be accepted in the same good spirit in which they are given. I, Marilyn Abell, will my love for athletes, in hopes that she will be more fortunate than I, to my sister Carol and my senior position in the Houchie club to Alma Fischer. I, Dorothy Altmeyer, will my shorthand brain to Judy Kemp. I, Marla Altmeyer, will my love for basketball to Linda Jenkins and my admiration for Elvis Presley to John Hoffhaus. I, Faye Baglen, will my ability to catch, love, and hang on to my Ferdinand men to Ruth Ann Underwood. I, Vic Bohnenkemper, will my well-beaten path to Jasper to George Satkamp--that is if he wants it. I, Shirleen Brooner, will my appendix to Marge Smith, who no longer has hers. I, Joyce Brown, will my ability to do and say the right things at the wrong time to my sister Louise. I, Linda Bruce, will my favorite table at Bretzville to Linda Partenheimer and my reserved spot at the mirror before classes to Cynthia Epple. I, Mary Jane Disinger, will my love for Katrin in mysterious places to Nancy Phillips and my typewriter, hoping the paper goes in better for her than for me, to Margaret Hanebutt. I, Pat Emerson, will my ability to be the top QU student of the senior class to Daphne Hanebutt. I, Dennis Emmons, will my position of being the most indispensible member of the football and basketball teams to Terry Schreifer. 15 ,
