SEATED: Bob Roberson, and Nancy Freck. llonor Students and Good Citizen Nancy Freck was elected good citizen for the school year of 1956-57. The basis for selecting the good citizen is the students dependability, service, leadership, and WF patriotism. Nancy went to South Side High School on November 3 to take a competitive xamination . Approximately three hours were equired for the examination. The examination was general in nature, owever, one phase covered the forthcoming lection. Also, there were questions cover- ng early American history. All ofthe Allen County Schools par- icipated in this contest. In March a mother nd daughter banquet was held in honor of ll the good citizens who represented other urrounding schools.

A the VALEDIUTURIA and Robert Roberson had an average of 95.60 to haverthe honor of being named Salutatorian of the 1957 graduating class. Bob has taken the oollege preparatory course throughout high school. He has participated in many activities among these are: Hi-Y, Booster Club, and Class President. His hobbies are fishing and hunting. Bob plans to enter Purdue University where he will study chemistry and accounting: part in many extra-curricularactivities.
