PAUL TERRELL Supervising Principal High School Principal The word school today means much more than just book larnin, and our concept of schoo administration today embraces many more aspects of school activities than it formerly did. Changing Times indeed have brought about numerous changes in our schools. School today means academic Ieaming, citizenship training, educational, moral, spiritual, and vocational guidance, athletic programs, clubs, parties and dances, physical and mental health, and a host of things too numerous to mention--all of the experiences that being a part of a school brings The administration of a school has become a growing task that must concem itself with all of these activities. Their complexities as well as increased enrollments have called for more personnel in the area of administration, and in our own particular case we are experiencing o first year here in the Eel River - Perry Schools with two licensed administrators. We shall undoubtedly experience growing pains in our new administrative setup, but the f co-operation of all concerned will certainly enable us to provide a better service to students the community. Our goal is better schools and greater educational opportunity for all of the f young people in the community we serve.
