HONOR STUDENTS When the final grades were averaged, the class of '46 found that Elizabeth Wise and Effie Belle Botts lead their class in scholastic attainment. ELIZABETH WISE Valedictorian a transfer from Noble County, graduated from the LaOtto grade school. I-Ier four years at I-Iuntertown Won her the reputation of a conscientious and bril- liant student. EFFIE BELLE BOTTS Salutatorian aside from her junior year at Topeka, Indiana, has spent her Whole school career at I-Iuntertown, Be- sides attaining proficiency in all school subjects, Effie Belle is particularly noted for her excellence in art.
