Wood, G. Vargish, A. Snyder, R. Wang, H. Knowlton, B. Hendler fArt Editorl. Absent: Mr. Wertenbaker Cadvisorl. Edgerstounian Although this is bad form and bad ethics like most of the yearbook, I would like to generalize 5 the staff of the Edgerstounian this year had a ball. We got out of athletics when we wanted to fthe vague excuse that we were work- ing on the yearbook was all we neededj, we slept when we wanted to fwhich was most of the timej, and the rest of the time we complained about our inefficient colleagues, high prices, tyranical and insensitive advisor, or the negli- gence of the publisher. In the end we turned a quarter of a ton of copy and photographs over to Mr. Wertenbaker to sort out and correct as he chose and went to bed. Credit must be given, however, even where it is not due. My associate editor was an indefatigable worker, at times sitting up half the night giving birth to an idea. Ronnie, ffor that is his namej had a roommate, Ted, who was also an editor. Ted reports that he once woke up and saw Ron- nie tossing and turning, he was mumbling, What can I put on page 35 ? Now that we have gone to press, the strain is off Ronnie, Don, Ted, Bruce, and the rest of the gang. I think we accomplished our purpose. We worked in a good theme fit escapes me for the momentj and balanced our budget. We expect next year's Edgerstounian to maintain our tra- dition - that of picking for being picked byl a derelict, deficient, and generally depraved staff. Steve Katz, editor
