The Coaches George Forner, who has the distinction of being Hun's first soccer coach, is in his first year of study at the Princeton Theological Seminary. His experience in soccer speaks for itself, for he played two years of varsity ball at Allegheny College from which he was graduated in 1954. While at Allegheny, George also played three years of varsity baseball. This versatile young coach plans to lead Hun's soccer aspirants once again in 1955. Peter Gardner is Hun's crew coach. Mr. Gardner is the freshmen crew coach at Princeton University and rowed for Princeton during the years 1946 through 1949. He was crew captain in his senior year. Pete has been coaching the Hun crew for the past four years - a fine job. Robert Ball is Hun's football coach. His chief work is with the backfieldg how- ever, he directed general practice and game activities. Mr. Ball was born in the plains state of Kansas and it was there that he went to high school and on to the University of Kansas. After four years at Kansas he went ot the Princeton Theologi- cal Seminary, where he now resides. He plans to join the Air Force this summer. Don Jann is Hun's line coach in foot- ball. His chief work was devoted to teach- ing the linemen the fine points of their positions, Mr. Jann was born in Wiscon- sin and at an early age moved to the state of Washington. He spent his college years at Witworth College, where he played football as his sport. He is now in his second year at the Princeton Theological Seminary where he is studying to become a Presbyterian minister.
