During his two years at H.S.C,, Dr. Cornelius H. Sie- mens has completed a program of administrative reorganiza- tiong developed a sound, yeara round intercollegiate and in- tramural sports program, se- lecting Phil Sarboe to head the new athletic staff. He has in- stituted a program of remod- eling and painting. I-Ie pre- sented a bill to the 1952 legislature for the Wildlife Management and Fisheries buildings and facilities. Dr. Siemens has obtained the co- operation of the community and industry through the Col- lege Advisory Board in pro- viding financial assistance for student activities. New voca- tional curricula in agriculture and lumbering is planned and new land has been purchased for expansion. CORNELIUS H.
