CURRICULUM OF HUMBOLDT HIGH SCHOOL Four Year Accredited Subjects are offered in the following fields: Four yearsof English, emphasis is placed upon Grammar, Liter- ature, Journalism, Dramatics, Speech and Composition. Two years of Mathematics are required---namely, Algebra and Plane Geometry. M The Natural Science Course offers Biology, General Science, and Physics. ' The Manual Arts field offers Mechanical Drawing, and Manual Training for those boys interested. For girls who are interested Methods of Home Making is taught World History, American History, Civics, Economics and Socio- logy make up the course in Social Science. Those desiring a Commercial Course may take Typing I and ll, Shorthand, Bookkeeping, or Business Law.
