A little Frosh, Jeanette Ideker, who is starting her naval training rather young. She has been elect- ed through a Sophomore vote as Captain of the WBooming Expe- dition.W 5. This is Millie L. at the age of six months. It shows how she started W txing ready for her Sunday night par- ties, but of course she is very much changed now. 4. Dorothy Mc., Patty K., Patty E., and Veronica are supposed to be the NFour Petsu of the very popular young Bookkeeping teacher,Mr. Kastner. 5. For a while Marty and Doris had it bad, but now both of them are singing: NThere's a Brand New Picture In My Picture Framen. 5. Ruth and Arvid win. 28-Hi Crier delegates go to Brookings for South Dakota High School Press Association meeting. 5-School dismissed for National Corn Husking Con test at Dell Rapids. 4-Local Declamation Contest. lO-Pep Band organized. 15-District declamatory contest. 15-First Basketball game. 15-27-Thanksgiving vacation. 21-24-Teachers attend SDEA meeting at Mitchell. 2-7-Curt was in school all week. 6-An epidemic of mumps makes it appearance. 13-Juniors have class party. 15-New scoreboards installed for basketball games. 21-Senior girl selected for DAR. 22-Annual staff selected. 25-Students give Christmas program. 2-Invitational Basketball. -Vacation over. -Cast chosen for Corn Belt Conference one-act play contest. l2-No more Civics.
