His schedule also in- cludes a physics class. As president of the faculty, a large amount of his time was used in preparing for faculty meetings. Mr. Carter spent most of his summer at Drake University working on his M.A., but he found a little time to relax with his fishing pole MRS LOVERING R N Iowa Methodist Hospital Mrs Lovering begins each morning by checking the absentees from each grade room, she then calls the parents to see just what the trouble is Skmned knees and hurt feelings are brought to Mrs Lover ing to be patched up When she has some spare time she visits those who have been ill Eye height and weight check ups along with the milk drive and the Junior Red Cross are also in charge of Mrs Lovering MRS RUEBEL and MARGE Sc!-IULZF the school secretaries kept the files straight for Mr Mease and Mr Cram From 8 30 to 9 00 Marge served as school librarian helping high school students make their selections ANDY NELSON chit' ruslodzan kept the schoolhouse in shape for its busy schedule He was assisted by Archie Stoddard shown placing the stop sign Together they kept the lawn mowed and raked and early on winter mornings they could be seen shovelmg the walks After the basketball games they clcancd the gym and readied it for more physical training classes 57' UU 5-vi ' 1 E
