SUPERINTENDENT CLYDE D. MEASE-B.S., M As hcad of a forty-teacher school system, guiding 991 students, Mr. Mease does not have much leisure even after the school year ends. Supervising the construction of the new Stephen H. Taft grade school, preparing the next year's budget, and selecting textbooks are a few of the ways in which he uses his time. The personal counseling and guidance program was given a strong impetus, under Mr. Cram's super- vision, when the Iowa Test of Educational Develop- mental test was given for the second consecutive year.
