In powder puff action the seniors outlasted the juniors to earn the championship. The juniors earlier had defeated the ninth graders while the seniors had dropped the sophomores. A sixth-hour pep rally ended the school day Friday before Humboldt faced Harding at Harding in a 7:30 p.m. contest. Even though every effort was made to Knock Outvthe Lights of the Harding Knights the Indians came out on the short end of a 38-0 decision. Following the game the Humboldt cafeteria became the scene of a dance with music provided by a video company. Neither Michael Jackson nor Prince were present to pass out prizes to the best dancers.
