Under the administrative eye of Mr. D.. and the watchful eyes of the Big W. Lowry has conformed to federal regulations. Some of you may have noticed there are no longer stairs at the end of the glass hallway: for those ofyou who have not. there is a ramp. The ramp was built during the summer to aid handicapped students. As of yet we have had no handicapped students, just a few clumsy ones. To help us all in the guidance department. Mrs. Gribble was added as a counselor. Mrs. Gribble and Mr, Oxborrow were hard at it all year helping us to rearrange our schedules and plan our futures. Mrs. DcBonis was also added as secretary to both the counselors. This simplified the chore of getting in to see them. The secretaries were quite busy this year with the increase in enrollment. but. of course. they coped just fine and helped us to make it through the year. Mr. Joe de Arrieta Principal . WIVNADA 93 Spanish Club Sells Mugs The Club started out with a bang the first week of school, but then much interest diminished, thus the activities got off to a slow start. With the start of the second semester the club sold Valentine flowers. These went over quite well. Throughout the year Mrs. Kicscr has been pushing the club to sell their Buckaroo Mugs , but therchs still probably a case or two left. They also did concessions for the track meets. Spanish Club also intends on going on a trip to the San Francisco area sometime to- wards the end of the year. Cheers to Lowry! Front: Deanna Lyons, v. prexe; Debbie Palmer, treasurer; Mrs. Kieser.
