Art Club Holds Art Shows The Art Club, after entering a float in the homecoming parade and taking first place in the organization div- ision, held several art shows to raise money for the club treasury. One of the biggest shows was held at Christman time where original ceramics and hand- made ornaments were sold. Proceeds from art sales financed a field trip to art spots in San Francisco. This past year you needed to look no further for help in solving your dilemma than the nearest VICA member with the truck raffle tickets. VICA tuned up the truck and had it in top run- ning condition for its big sale. Proceeds from this raffle and a streamer sale helped to finance members attending the State Skills Olympics contests and to provide funds for the VICA Scholarship. Fall and Spring conferences further rounded out the year's activities for V'ICA members as they expanded their knowledge of cars and their shifting problems.
