Human Resources Center The Center is a triple complex composed of Abilities Inc. Human Resources Research and Training Institute, and Human Resources School. Dr. Viscardi, Jr., President and Founder, is assist- ed by three Vice Presidents and a distinguished Board of Governors. Abilities Inc. is a demonstra- tion work center which enables a handicapped adult to work competitively in meaningful occupa- tions such as banking operations, electronic as- sembly for the telecommunications industry, and data editing for computer-oriented programs. Human Resources Research and Training Insti- tute conducts programs of training, evaluation, and placement for the disabled, aged, and retard- ed, as well as research related to special education and bio-engineering relevant to work settings in x industry and business. Human Resources School, chartered by the Uni- versity ofthe State of New York, serves disabled children, providing an elementary program from pre-kindergarten through sixth grade and a fully- accredited secondary program as a six-year high school.
