The achievements of tomorrow will be accomplished by those who today, are preparing themselves for the tasks they must face. Competition will be greater, the duties more severe and success harder to reach as the years come and go. It is one thing to have health and ability and another to develop and use these great assets. Today is the only time we have. We cannot dodge the opportunity and the responsibility of the future. Those who prepare for it will have the faith, courage, and training necessary for leadership. My greatest desire for you is that you fully prepare yourself spiritually, morally, mentally and physically for that challenging task that lies ahead of you.
