The Girls and Boys Glee Clubs and the Mixed Chorus under the direction of Tom Ward participated in a number of activities this year. The vocal clinic was held at Ulysses, January 24, 1955, under the direction of Leon Akin, Sterling College, Sterling, Kansas. After prac tising all afternoon they presented a fine concert. All groups went to the District Contest at Dodge City, Kansas April 1. The Girls Glee Club was accompanied by Kaye Morgan, Boys Glee Club by Sandra Kilbourne and Mixed Chorus by Anna Belle Chilcott.
