Sab- uwf V Left to PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE As we come to the end of the school year, receive our annuals, and prepare to enioy our vacations, the time is opportune for a retrospective glance at the achievements of the year. Classroom work, athletics, organ- izations, and committees have each in turn occupied our attention. What success has been ours in each of these fields? This H u sky carries an excellent record of accomplishments in most of these fields of activities. It records our continued successes on the athletic fields. lt carries pictures of most of the one hundred and fifty officers who have served their fellow members in clubs and classes. lt mentions functions of these organizations, each with its com- mittees, working hard so that the play, or dance, or banquet could be the success it was. Another accomplishment of the year, which cannot be shown in your copy of the Husky, is the concomitant growth in char- acter, the development of the spirit of fair play, and appreciation of the rights of others. These attainments, both the recorded andthe unrecorded, cause us as a school to be proud and happy in the feeling that our duty to our VX' parents and to our neighbors is being discharged api to the maximum degree within our capabilities. May continued success follow! R. S. TALLMON, Principal Q, BOARD OF TRUSTEES right: A. W. Barnes, Clerk, Merle Bohling, G. W. Beck, President, Harry Reinitz, and Tilden E. Genzoli. -.W PAGE 3
