SlUUtNl HUUY AHMRB In order to have any part in student body affairs a pupil must purchase a student body card at the beginning of the school year. This card entitles him to attend various school activities free of Charge 01 at a. reduction in price. Student members have the sole right to vote and hold an office in the organization. The student body this year has done a number of things to benefit the students. They purchased a flash camera which .will be greatly appreciated when the time Comes to take pictures for the Annual next year. The basketball score board certainly has been a great asset to the gymnasium. Athletic awards were presented to the boys that earned them in football, basketball and baseball. Two microphones and a floor covering for the stage have been added to the auditorium. The movies that were obtained this year were as follows: . Bud Abbott and Lou Costello in In Society and another one, In the Navy; Hal Perry in Gildersleeve's Bad Day and also Gilder- sleeve On Broadway; Cary Grant and Katherine Hepburn in Bringing Up Baby and Fibber McGee and Molly in Here We Go Again. They voted to get the National Assembly Programs for next year. They will be presented by a'gr'oup of talented people Who will come to entertain the students at least six times a year. The student body achieved much this year and will carry on its tradition as the years go by. 51:3,
