To that spirit, that desire for accomplishment, that feeling of cooperation, this book, the Hughes Annual of 1933, is dedicated. It has been a time honored custom to dedicate yearbooks to someone who has distinguished himself. But this year one achievement stands out emblazoned in the mind of every Cincinnati public school student.
