FRENCH CLUB The French Club got off on a busy start with Tracy Kim- brough as President. They went on a shopping trip to Greens- boro during Thanksgiving vacation. During the Easter vaca- tion, some of the members took a trip to France. Under the leadership of Madame Mason, the French Club has been very active. They also raised money to attend a French restaurant. Scotia Lee and Brett Guthrie represented the French Club as homecoming sponsors. D.E.C.A., Distributive Education Classes of America, is a large club that plays a part in many lives here at C.H.S. Distributive Education is a course in which students learn about different business careers, as well as receive on-the-job training. The D.E.C.A. Leadership Conference was held here at Cummings.
