His integrity and strength of character have led us to recognize the importance of putting character first in our development. Mr. Gilmore is never too busy to help a student. PHILLIPS, Director of High Schools is our immediate supervisor. His devotion to the cause of education and his understanding of high schools has led to better schools in the County. He is constantly on the alert to be of assistance and his help is appreciated by all of those with whom he works. DR. I. F. SIMMONS is Superintendent of Education. He is a man of wide experience. His keenness and efficiency in directing the affairs of the County Schools hove led to greater opportunities for all.
