CSF was organized to encourage a high standard of scholarship and ideals of service to the school on the part of the students. The motto of the Federation is “Scholarship for Service.” Students qualify for CSF membership with ten points each semester on the basis of three points for an “A” and one point for a “B.” Those who qualify four of the last six semesters ineluding one semester in their senior year become life members.
