▼ • A.F.S Dear Hueneme High Vikings, A wonderful year has gone —a year rich in joys and ex- periences which possibly will never be equaled in my entire life. The time has flown as always happens when you enjoy something. There are more similarities than differences between the United States and Spain. The people of this community have understood me as well as I have understood them. I have met here many wonderful people and have learned to understand their ideas. My American family has shared its home, its daily living, and its ideas with me; I feel like one of the family. Being a Viking, attending and cheering at the games, being in the Viking Band, dressing in red and white are some of the things that I will never forget. There are many strong friendship ties between many Vikings and myself. These friendships ore deep in my heart and will never be erased. It is too hard for me to say Good-bye, so Hosto la vista, amigos. 160 Shown ai the fight ore David and his American family— The Comminj.
