It is a small town containing substantial homes and substantial people. The people in Grover's Corners are normal American people with normal American problems. The play deals with the joys and sor- rows, ups and downs, and all the other thousands of wonderful things that make up that thing called life. Members attend workshops which aid them in preparation for work as volunteers at St. John's Hospital. All of their activities aid them in attaining their goal in the nursing profession.
