Catherine Munn - This senior has also cheered for four years. She is 5' 3 tall, and some of her likes are ice-skating, roller-skating, and movies. Her only dislike is bookkeeping. You can recognize Catherine by her brown hair, blue eyes, and quietness. Joan Carroll - Joan is a senior, and she has cheered for four years. She measures 5' 5 tall; some of her likes are bowling, dancing, and cheering. She doesn’t have any dislikes because this miss is easily pleased. You can tell Joan by her brown hair, blue eyes, and pleasing person- ality. Vicki McGaha - This is her second year of cheering, and since she is only a junior, we hope to see her again next year. Vicki is 5' 2 tall. Some of her likes are Ronnie and bowling, and she doesn't have any dislikes. You can recognize her by her short brown hair, blue eyes, and her ability to get along with everyone. Diana Maholtz - This sophomore has cheered for two years, so we hope to see her back on the varsity squad next year. She was chosen from the J.V. squad to fill a vacancy. Diana is 4' 11 tall, and she enjoys dancing and bowling. Her only dislike is history. You can tell Diana by her pretty brown hair and friendliness. Karen Johnson - She is also sophomore, and she has cheered for two years. Karen was chosen from the J. V. squad to fill a varsity vacancy. She is 5' 6 tall, and her likes are Paul, dancing, and Sloppy Joes. One of her dislikes is biology. Look for Karen by her short brown hair and peppiness. The Jay-Vee cheering squad of 58-59 consists of six girls. There are two veterans and four new representatives. The Sophomore class is represented by Gail Levendusky, Carol Michuck, and Lydiann Blake. The Freshman class is represented by Janice Hanes, Patricia Plaszenski, and Diana Hicks. The girls did a very good job of working together and supporting their team. Carol Michuck and Gail Levendusky GIRLS CHORUS There are approximately thirty members of the girls' chorus who are under the direction of Mrs. Marion Bielobocky. They sang at Christmas time, Easter, and they also provided the music for the award day program. 30 Judy Weaver
