Principalis Message Once again we pause and reflect on another school year. 1986-87 has been an exciting school year with many accomplishments by our students, faculty, and staff. Early in the fall the tone was set with the news that for the second con- secutive year, Hudson Middle won the Merit School Award. That an- nouncement was followed this year by many excellent efforts by Cougar students, academically, athletically, and 1n our music programs. I hope this yearis successes provide you with the incentive to reach for excellence in the coming years. Eighth graders, may your standards be high in your high school careers. Seventh graders, we look to you to provide the leadership necessary for our school to continue to grow in excellence.
