The choir, made up of boys and girls from Sophomores through Seniors and directed by Mrs. Roland Gamble, presented many fine numbers at the annual Christmas program, the Spring Concert, and other assemblies. Director: Mr. Roland Gamble. The Hudson High Band was especially proud of Mr. Gamble who directed all the bands at the Rubber Bowl. This year the band acquired more instruments, enabling the members to take part in contests . Once again the band played in half-time shows, presented concerts, and performed on special occasions such as Memorial Day. Mr. Gamble chose five squad leaders. Their jobs included checking uni- forms, maintaining discipline when marching to and from games, and acting as assistant directors.
