Text from Pages 1 - 112 of the 1987 volume:

3 Show Time As Halloween comes near people make up their costumes. Some are cute and some are strange. I'm glad 1 don't judge them. Wc have the people who like to clown around and look funny. We have good ole Farmer Pete, and the Crest Tube. 4 Lynn Stump and another one of his bizarre creations. Freshmen squeak by in the competition. These sailors shaped up because they didn't want to get shipped out. Halloween is a time to get involved at Hudson; nearly 1 3 of our students were in costume and or character. It is proba- bly psychologically revealing to note who shows up in which costume. Creativity is always evident, and selecting prize winners can be difficult. 5 One More Time! 1. So I really don't type the best, oh, well. 2. Look at me and tell me I'm a liar. 3. Let's stand here and look intelligent, just try. 4. Well I tried. I just couldn't do it! 6 Time To Cheer That's not what I told you to do! Homecoming 87 The clock ran down toward half time. It seemed it was never going to come. For Katrina, Michelle, and Renee, it would be a night to remember. Angie, Kristi, Lissie, Sandy, Morrisa, and Robin were there for support. The crowd grew quiet as the tension set in. The winner is ... Michelle Hassenzahal. Freshman class rep. Lissy. Junior class float, Wipe Out. Sophomore class float, We are the Champions. 10 All the planning came together for the Hud- son homecoming. The only disappointment was we lost, 8-18. Float winners were: Freshmen: first, Juniors: second, Seniors: third, and Sophomores: fourth. Lissy Warner, Mr. Jim Warner, Sandy Ellis, Mr. Bill Ellis; Angie Salenbien, Mr. Jim Sa- lenbien, Renee Duff, Mr. James Duff; Mi- chelle Hassenzahl, Mr. Ed Hassenzahal; Ka- trina Hunt, Mr. Don Hunt; Kristi Kope, Mr. Sebert Kope; Morrisa Anderson, Mr. Jon Anderson; Robin Duff, Mr. Tim Duff. Katrina chaperoning her father at the Homecoming Renee Duff, Michelle Hassenzhal, Katrina Hunt Senior class float, Freeway of Victory. Acknowledges the crowd. 11 9 We've Been Here A Long Time| Joe Anderson John Ashley Gerald Blackburn Randy Borton Greg Cotter Karole Curtis Linda D'Lamater Jill Hartley John Hartley Dawn Hitchingham Phil Lawerence Robert Patrick David Rickard Connie Ries David Sheely Janet Sheely Carol Smith William Tuttle Judy Wollen Paul Yarger 13 A.
