Fall Homecoming The wind blown rain at halftime did more to dampen our homecoming activities than did the Ida Bluestreaks. Our mighty Tigers took control of the battle of the unbeatens right from the opening kick-off, and held a 28-0 lead by halftime. At halftime the floats were presented and all of the hard work paid off for the Junior class as their float “Number One turned out to be just that, when judges selected it for first place. With the theme being game shows, the Seniors came in second with “Press Your Luck. Sophomores with the theme “$25,000 Pyramid took third, while the Freshman with a super effort took fourth, with “The Gong Show.” After the halftime celebration our Tigers coasted to a 6 54-24 victory, making the 1985 homecoming complete. wVk A art . ■ -m “ It • Memories ... They ended their season by placing third in the state competition. Cross Country 42 Varsity Football Rough Boys The Hudson Tigers enjoyed the best season since 1983 with a flawless record of 9-0 in the regular season and the L.C.A.A. title. Their only loss was to Galesburg Augusta in the first game or regional playoffs.
