H. Evans. Juuging teams represent the club at Cattle Congress in Waterloo and at Veisha at Iowa State College. They also attenu the Vinton Grain Juaging Contest and have brought back many trophies and awaros. The present Future Farmer officers are: James Kerr, President, Tom Kerr, Vice President, Le Roy Degener, Secretaryg Alvin Yuska, Treasurer, and Lavern Abben, Reporter. These officers combined with the members have han a successful year. The poultry judging team, consisting of Emmett Chapin, Alvin Yuska, ana Dale Plummer, and the livestock management team, consisting of the same boys, took superior awaras a Veisha. I3 The Hudson Hi-Y goal GHG purpose are: To create, maintain and SXGGHG throughout the school and community, high standards of Christian character. The platform is: Clean speech, clean sports, clean scholarship, and clean living. The Hi-Y is associated with the Young Men's Christian Association. The club sponsors annually the Father-Son banquet and the Easter egg hunt for the primary children. They were also active in sponsoring the Tri-Hi-Y.

His valet backs him as well as he can, though he knows it's wrong. It woula be poor tact to tell his rich uncle, who has planned to marry him off to his ward, that a school boy infatuation for an older woman led to marriage. The step-daughter, older than Leon, persistantly tags after him, annoying him by calling him HPapaU In the meantime, Leon has fallen in love with a girl though he has her name mixed up with that of her friend. After many complications Leon realizes the girl is Carolyn, his unc1e's ward, ana Babe ana the Colonel become partners to make a happy ending.
