The club is affiliated with the Y.M.C.A.. The purpose of this club is: To create, maintain, and SXCSDQ throughout the school and community, high standaros of Christian character. The slogan is: Pure thoughts, pure words, pure actions. One of their activities was an induction service for new members held at Hartman Reserve. The officers are: President, Jean Christensen, Vice Pres., Betha Wyatt, Secretary, Frances Kristenseng Treasurer, Helen Andersen, Chaplain, Margaret Mary Garner, Recorder, Willadean Rasmussen, Asst. The purpose of the Girl's Club is: To provide opportunity for experience in carrying responsibility, to develop personality, leadership, self-reliance, and social poise. The platform is: Clean speech, clean sports, clean scholarship, and clean living. The Hi-Y is associated with the Young Men's Christian Association. The club sponsors annually the Father-Son banquet and the Easter egg hunt for the primary children. They were also active in sponsoring the Tri-Hi-Y.
