A fairy with a dollar bill in her hand walked into the room. She handed him a crystal ball and told him if he would tell her everything he saw, she would give him the money. SCOTTY, without a moment of hestation, began to tell her what he saw. O V v j 'Q i One day, while SCOTTY MADDOX was sitting QM ' ' First, he saw Sondra Brown Knee Holmes J plowing on the W.D. BROWN, IR. estate. He looked further and saw that W.D. was at home tending the fourteen children and putting to use the bookkeeping he learned under Mrs. Sims in H.H.S. Next, was an office building and on one of the doors he noticed a sign--GARY BOWMAN THE GREAT, How to become popular with all the girls in two weeks. IANELLE SLEDGE, a big basketball star while in high school, was coaching the girls' basketball team in old HHS. He next saw ROBERT SCOTT still sitting in White-Wood Variety Store eating straws, shredding napkins, and hoping no one will offer him a job. Then, JERRY SELBY, a former Hubbard Football Star, was sitting on the Dawson side lines cheering for his son who is on the Bulldog Team. BARBARA KABNICK, after becoming a dancing teacher, now has opened an Arthur Murray school of her own in Hubbard for all Hep-Cats still in HHS. CARROLL KILLOUGH, having decided to be an old bachelor, was selling his self-designed atomic tractors. He found that our old friend, JESSE KING, was very happy as he had been All-American End at Baylor and had a coaching career. N 'QQ C' JIMMY MILLER, having always had a love for cows and X , J Kay, had taken over the Motley milk route. He drove the X x jeep while Kay carried the milk to the houses. S qu? He saw that LA VERNE PASLAY, after getting disgusted with the telephone operators for giving her the wrong number so many times, had moved to Malone. NICKIE ARNOLD, after three years of hard work, had finished his autobiography, THE GREATEST MAN ON EARTH, and was now trying to sell it. Scotty was shocked to learn that LARRY LAND, who learned a lesson from his high school romances, was teaching a special class in HHS - Facts About Love. GERALD GREENHILL, being very proud of the black eye he recieved during Golden Gloves, had his own solution for painting his eye. He was salesman for this product. Scotty saw that our H.H. S. wit, ARNOLD TAYLOR, after having collected so many pocketsize novels while in high school, was chief owner of a second hand pocket-book store in Hubbard. ,X DORIS DANIEL, after such a wonderful career in H.l-l.S. was seen to be queen of the Blue Moon in Hubbard. JAMES SPENCER was playing professional football for the Detroit Lions. Dear ole' Fudd! How we loved him. He grinned when se saw SHIRLEY HASSELL, the smallest of our class, modeling elevated shoes. MARIETTA BRUSTROM was the Home Economics teacher at H.H. S. In her spare time she was the outstanding star at Waco Hall. -K .IUNIORS ELEVE TH GRADE MRS. Also to GLENDA SAWYER he leaves some xxx liniment to soothe her many aches and pains she recieved in playing basketball. To JAMES HAROLD HORN, W. D, BROWN leaves his way with the country girls. ,N ? ag GERALD GREENHILL, in his last will, leaves to JAMES LUCAS his quiet man- ner and his ability to get along with the teachers. To W. J. CRAIN, CARROL KILLOUGH leaves his curly, black hair in hopes he, too, will become president of a dignified senior class. gr BARBARA KABNICK leaves to you, PAULINE ENGLISH, these bobby pins. We hope that your hair will always look as nice as Barbara's. LAVERNE PASLAY leaves her popularity with the out-of-town boys to HELEN LAMBERT. In order that ROSEMARY MOORE might realize her ambition to become a safe driver JIMMY MILLER willingly consents to leave his manual on safe driving to her. Everybody knows that one of the most dignified Seniors is MARIETTA BRUSTOM, so that there may be at least one dignified person in the Senior Class of '54 she has consented to leave her dignity to KAY MOTLEY. DORIS DANIEL leaves her sweet disposition to SHIRLEY DONNLEY and hopes that she may live up to it. To PEGGY LITTLEIOHN she leaves the art of henpecking her boy friends. CHARLINE HILL, with deepest regrets, leaves to LUCY WOODALL her ability to go steady with the Air Force boys. LARRY LAND wills to DOROTHY DOOL his bookkeeping books and hopes that DOT will please Mrs. Sims as well as Larry has. JERRY SELBY, in his last will, leaves his pug nose to DEVETA MANESS in hopes that it will be as attractive on her as it is on Jerry. SCOTTY MADDOX, leaves to NANCY MOSER half of his small fortune which he has made at Conn's Drug Store. He couldn't bear to part with any more of the money.
