Attendance Mr. Louis Texter, Attendance Officer, is the friendly but firm member of our school staff. He investigates all prolonged or repeated cases of ab- senteeism and makes sure all eligible students are in school when they should be, according to the law. LOU IS TEXTER Attendance Officer J OANN ROOSE School Nurse Mrs. Joann Roose, R.N., helps to maintain the health program in the high school as well as in Reed Elementary School. Her duties entail health tests, aid in case of emergencies at school, checking absentees for disease symp- toms, administering remedies for ill- ness, and occasionally transporting an 111 student home.
