Mrs. Norma Sonny, high school sec- retary and treasurer for most school clubs, is a very efficient and helpful person. She keeps records of all bank- ing accounts, writes checks, answers the telephone, maintains student scholastic records, writes letters, and keeps in- formed on all school personnel and af- fairs--all with such a happy disposition! Principal Mr. ClaIis E. Jones, our principal, holds a position of grave responsibility. He not'only sets high standards of conduct for about twelve hundred students, but also attends to his many regular duties with admirable conscientiousness. We are grateful to Mr. Jones for working so hard during the summer months making out student schedules, for giving some ex- cellent pep talks which were an impor- tant part in keeping our school spirit high, and for making our stay at Hubbard High one that we will soon look back on with fond memories. Mrs. Barbara Hogg is the newest addi- tion to the office secretarial staff. She serves as a general assistant in the of- fice, but her special duties include tak- ing care of student records and making out transcripts. In addition, she assists the nurse every morning.
