He's at the 10 .. . the 30 . .. the 15 . .. and is tackled at the 50 for a touchdown! Every day in every way I'm getting better and better, Coach! ■4 The gang calls me Spook. They run, they jog, they do push-ups, and they all do their part in the Pennywinner family. All, that is, except Mom (Lisa Pierce) and Peggy (Darla Hockersmith) who would appreciate a less-athletic minded family. Friday night is the big game with Northview in which Central has to win or Coach Pennywinner (Dennis Hedge) will lose his job. A couple of the star players of the team get sick as well as Coach by Friday. When the game starts, Buzz (Terry Spresser) and Coach are at home listening. The announcers (Jeff Pratt and Zack Kauk) declare near the end of the game that Buzz, 13, scored a touchdown then wins the game for Central! As the audience puzzles over where Buzz is, we find out that it was really Peggy that scored for the Frogs. The crowd gathers for a party after the game at the Pennywinner’s to congratulate Coach and Buzz which wraps up the play. Other members of the cast were: David Bieker, Sharon Schamberger, Mike Munk, Annette Reitcheck, Alan Heim, Karen James, Jennifer Wikoff, Beth McCormick, Kristin Popp, Juanita Kaus, Kay Eland, Cindy Brug- geman, Larry Schieferecke, Russ Taylor, Roberta Lovin, Mindy Nibock, Darin Richmeier, David Neff, Neil 24 Taylor, Russ Shepherd, and the stage hands were Teresa Richards, Clarence Becker, and Ed Fringer. A special thanks goes to Mr. Rosell for directing the play.
